35+ years covering global chemicals, energy, and materials markets. A chemical engineer by training, Graham has built his career across both industry and investment research. He previously held senior roles at Sanford C. Bernstein, HSBC, and Macquarie, where he was recognized for his top-ranked analysis and leadership in global equity research. Graham is known for his independent thinking, scenario-driven frameworks, and ability to connect corporate strategy with market realities.
Nick Spencer
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Over three decades of experience at the intersection of chemicals, investment research, and capital markets. Formerly President & CEO of Alleghany Capital Partners and Chief Investment Officer (Americas) for Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management. Earlier in his career, Nick held senior leadership roles at Sanford C. Bernstein, including Global Equity Strategist and CEO of its European business, after beginning his career in BP’s Chemicals, Oil Trading, and Corporate M&A divisions.
